Amanda Tate, P.T.
Amanda Tate graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2000. While at Chattanooga, she ran cross country and track, where she was a multi-conference champion and two-time individual qualifier for the NCAA national championship. She has spent the past 20 years in outpatient physical therapy with a special interest in sports medicine, running injuries, and fabricating custom foot orthotics. Amanda resides in Colonial Heights with her three children and husband, Jeremiah, who is a faculty member in the Department of Physical Therapy at East Tennessee State University. She still enjoys running and recently completed the New York City Marathon.
